I guess you would have notice the delay in fresh maize this year
when Mango leaves then Maize takes over which helps to bring down
food prices. But that is not happening this year this is due to some reasons
1. The cessation of rain in the early season which destroyed most early Maize planted
2. The ravaging effect of a pest (army worm) that destroys the leaves and other vegetative
parts of the Maize plant.

SOLUTION

Practice very good farm sanitation and begin an insecticide spraying regime as soon as your
plants emerges you could use ARMY FORCE [/b]or [b]AMPLIGO as the insecticides.
