senator Akpan made a whole lot of sense! if FG could propose amnesty 4 boko boys then why can't they do it for our treasury looters in order to save naija from long legal battle, horse trading & further embarrasment with these so called foriegn countries! Abacha's loot hasn't been fully recovered up till now and they use the profit generated from these illegal monies to grant us (naija) loans which we will still pay them back with interest! believe me Buhari might not recover any illegal money stashed outside this country before 2019! foriegn countries with this illegal monies will hold naija to ransome & will give neck-cutting conditions before helping us in the process of recovering these illegal monies stashed in their respective country! kudos to sen.
