EFCC Declares Omisore Wanted.

The EFCC, today, May 24,2016, declared a former deputy governor of Osun State, Senator Iyiola Omisore wanted. The former senator is wanted in connection with a case of receiving and misappropriating the sum of over N700, 000,000.00 from the Office of the National Security Adviser, between June and November, 2014.

Omisore has been elusive and refused to report to the Commission after invitation was extended to him on April 7, 2016 requesting him “to come and make clarification on the ongoing investigation”.
Instead of responding to the Commission’s investigation Omosore had approached the Federal Capital Territory High Court for the enforcement of his fundamental human rights. Justice Husseini Baba Yusuf consequently ordered that Omisore should only be arrested through a due and legal process.

how on earth do you expect him in possession of 700 million, almost a billion not to tamper with your remaining evidence.

watch how Omisore will stroll in tomorrow and they will detain him for like a week and free him. we go in and out of court till 2019.

So EFCC invited him to answer a few questions and he ran to court saying EFCC cannot do that. EFCC then got a warrant from the courts to arrest him. Now he's nowhere to be found. Saraki exhausted all legal avenues to prevent his trial at the CCT and he failed. Omisore should not even waste his money. Just go and prove your innocence. Shikena

Where is the case that was built against Fayemi by the EFCC while he was embezzling this money you're talking about? Oh never mind, EFCC was pretty much nonexistent under the IB
