There is a project to construct a 3-room bungalow with a 1-room penthouse in PH. I need builders/engineers in the house to provide the following information regarding this project;

1. The number of blocks that will be required to actualize this structure.
2. The duration required to build this house to completion.
3. The amount required to build this house to finishings.
4. Suggestions and ideas on how modifications can be done to the design as attached.

NOTE: The plan is attached and 3D pic of what this plan will be like upon completion will be appriciated.

The dining connects to the living room and ventilation from ante-room is also reaching it. All the bedrooms are cross-ventilated as well.
