The Nigeria security & civil defence corps are denied & not paid shift allowance & other benefits by their ogas. pls govt. should help look into dat. These allowances are appropriated for but it's not getting down to officers who run shifts duties and even carry guns about.

The reason for these discoveries is just to let you know why we are in this mess today. We've been living on corruption, corruption has been eating us up up slowly until it has now become almost incurable.

If you want to know where corruption lies in this country , check the security arm. The following guys:
1. Military
2. Police
3. Civil defence
4 . State security service
5. Customs
6 . Immigration service etc

I have never interacted with a personnel of any of these mentioned agencies without hearing one complaint or the other. The heads of these parastatals are very corrupt and end up being as rich as state governors.
From hazard allowances, training allowance, transport , accommodation to even feeding alliance just to name a few, there's nothing of theirs that is not stolen by their heads.

If Buhari is really serious in tackling corruption so these guys will stop collecting 50 naira on express roads, then tackle these guys cos it is terrible what is going on there
