Our jersey sales were dismal to be honest, even Puma would be rethinking the contract by now. Arsenal currently sells less than half of what Man U sells.

Most peeps must have known him when he played in Basel you said? Granit adorned Basel's senior team jersey for only two seasons i believe, and one season of champions league footy with them.
The bulk of his experience including champion league footy has been in the Bundesliga with B. Monchengladbach and the Swiss National team. Shaqiri and Alexander Frei spent more years with Basel's senior team in contrast to Xhaka before moving.
Can you vouch that everyone on the footy thread follow other major European leagues? how many have actually watched Granit Xhaka? its one thing to know the name because it is unique (easier to pronounce than it looks), however, it is another thing to have actual knowledge of his style of play.

That up there is an upgrade on Giroud, Morata can dribble, run and score unlike Giroud that's just too rigid for me.
Moreso, he's got experience playing with big teams like Real Madrid, and recently won trophy with Juventus while on loan. I'll say we get him, I don't want one striker we'll have to breastfeed.
They should spend that price money on transfers abeg next we need a CB to rotate Kos, Per and Gab with.

While Cazorla is more efficient playing from deep to attack, Ozil is more efficient playing at 10, nobody should distort that set up please.

Morata is most definitely an upgrade on Giroud... he can run, dribble, shoot, head and uses two feet...
