I highly doubt that. I am yet to see a case on it. I believe he gave up that right when he decided to open a social media accounts. A Facebook account is pretty public to me, a Google search would ordinarily reveal almost everything about you. It would also count against him if his posts could be seen by anyone.

If it were defamation, it would be a different issue.

2) She said LOOKS LIKE. She didn't say he could.
3)I doubt if any reasonable person would read the comment , take in his lack of empathy, note the reasons for his opinion and not conclude that he is capable of doing the same. The poster basically don't mind so far as it would stop him from growing up to do whatever. Personally, I believe he is capable of doing just that to a Northern child.
