Pls.. I need help

I have spots on my chest and back resulting from allergies.. I have tried several creams to clear it .. But it's just making me fairer and I don't want that .. So pls can anyone recommend me a good treatment to clear it

u may wish to try nature secret. a frd recomended it for me too. and am loving it. both soap n lotion
