The new permit is strictly for factory fitted tinted vehicles..I still use the previous permit tho.

For me, blue-black seats, increased performance, sleek rims(blue black colours),smoked tail lights, sleek tires, black coloured body, changing the custom exhaugh to a louder exhaust pipe + real bad ass audio system.
Now thats more masculine to me.
