for those who know lagos under bridges well,there are touts that collect rent, YES RENT for staying under the bridge. before fashola came into power I was opportuned to meet one tout who charged his "under bridge tenant" 65k per annum at ikeja under bridge computer village so don't be surprised

Of course he should have money to buy an AC cos he doesn't pay for rent. Am sure he doesn't pay for any utility bills too.
