The worst victims are the people in the Niger Delta who will end up poorer.

Prof. thank goodness you admit Buhary made mistake, not only the mistake, his position then was wrong and not befitting a National Leader who is not sentimental, couple with GMB leading a battalion of ACF to meet the late Alh. Lam Adeshina in Oyo State for the fight between Yoruba and Fulani in Saki. All this evil past cannot just go away.
