1. The Niger delta avengers probably got their name from the movie avengers (seriously)
2.They don't even know what they are advocating for.
3.Different groups advocating for establishment of a Niger delta country(first it was kanu,now Niger delta Avengers militants) each of them falling.
4.Without the establishment of the country they are already having problem of leadership even the so called currency is different.(a currency that even some igbos Don't count valuable or are even aware about)
5.they are even advocating for it without knowledge of its consequences
6. They don't even know what it means to dear the military of a government. The fact remains they remain illegal no matter what the government is legal and can buy any weapon conveniently.
7. They even lack the support of traditional leaders
8. Finally they are giving themselves the militancy name by destroying properties that benefit the whole country including them especially now that there is increase in fuel prices therfore the international body sees them as illegal and criminals . (I think they were supposed to do things like peaceful protest for an election).

Well that is only my opinion which is probably the truth but most will refuse to accept it but it remains the truth no matter what.
