Did u just compare Banana Island to upscale areas in France? Those places are not just expensive because of good-looking buildings. These are fully developed and truly secure neighbourhoods not just cute buildings with crime-ridden, nasty looking surroundings. We still haven't grasped the idea of true development in this country and until we do we should not even attempt to compare ourselves to developed countries. We are light years behind them.

Guy forget about what you see on net,most houses for sale in Banana Island are not advertised online,some of the ones you see on some sites were put up there by scammers,you have to be careful. So you have to go to the bigtime Real Estate Consultants to get accurate prices.
