It depends on the particular "feel" you want the video to have. This feel would inform the number of creative-design assets used in editing the video, and ultimately would reflect in its cost. Based on this, a 1min - 2minutes video may cost you more than a 1hour video. If you are interested in discussing further, my email is below. Cheers
