Pls help! I'm unable to see any achievement of this God forsaken government from their democracy day speech.
Could it mean that this government and her zombie supporters are two-mouthed and confused?
According to zombies the list of achievements by this government is unending whereas their there master said the opposite.
They blamed, shifted post, then they brought back a new campaign promises as though we're in pre-election stage and concluded with the THE RETURN OF CHIBOK GIRLS' drama season 1 & 2, a move written by Lai Mohammed, produced by Nigerian Army, and marketed nationwide by BBOG.
I therefore asked, "Is it when this old man has rotten in his grave that he will give us the change?
Isn't a year enough to record at least one positive change?

It's now clear that there's no hope for Nigerians.

Overall, a balanced speech.

About our Forex issues, there is a lot more the gov't can do, that it's not doing . . . the banks are "having a field day"!

I was reading and comprehending his speech until when ministry of information was to tell us the looters. But Lai Moh is the minister of information the then APC publicity secretary and l kept quite. My fuel pump got burnt and l blamed the manufacturer forgetting the fact that there was no fuel in the tank. Oh no. But l just have to say something. Right.

One thing for sure is that this govt has afflicted and exploited the good people of Nigeria with very little to talk about which is fighting corruption n insecurity in North East. For economy is negative as shown by recent major economic indicators. Am regretting this govt. God deliver Nigeria from these scammers

I really feel sorry for the kind of youths we parade in frica and especially Nigeria these days. Hate, tactlessness and undiluted stupidity in full view. The fact that Buhari may NOT have met expectations in d last one year doesn't mean that we should have stuck with d previous govt who were obviously NOT leading us anywhere. Our sense of instant gratification and lack of enlightened self interest has only suceeded in rendering us as stagnant as we have been over d years. Anybody that doesn't think things should change is a wicked beneficiary of d status quo which most of d rest of us rejected at d last elections. As much as we are all suffering, we shall not start stoning him just yet. Some people that haven't accomplished anythn of note in their entire lives will be hinging on 'dullard' rhetoric about d president. The reality is three years is still a long time. No amount of pipeline bombing and instigated secession agitation can reduce that time. Has anyone noticed that though d president doesn't say it he doesn't care about these perceived saboteurs? I like him 4 one thing, d man is known for something and that is his abhorrence for corruption. Whatever smear campaign u want to undertake against him cant take that away. When he is done with his 'witchunting' after 4 years (or possibly 8 years), we wil b glad to hav an opposition govt come in and hunt him too (only if he is a witch). Nigeria only stands to gain in a broader sense from such a system.

To all deluded Nigerians who have faith in this sick man, rem that it is only a failure that will blame others for his failure.
If I were the president, I would joyfully resign cos its obvious he never had a blueprint solution to Nigeria's issues despite the fact that he is the most contested presidential candidate. All his plan is to travel around the world and I am sure he is travelled enough more than he has ever travelled all his life before he became the president. Only God knows how much he has made based on his estacode.

And he conspicuously avoided mentioning the Fulani herdsmen. A bigot that has successfully divided the country. Talk is cheap. Your actions in the past one year has shown Nigeria that you have no business in governance.

...Pardon me for saying this but i think you are the stvvpid one.Pray tell why we should wait for 4years before 'stoning' him when he has performed woefully the first year??..the out-cry against this admin so far is absolutely in order!

..like a poster said yesterday,if you are studying a four year course and in your first year, out of 20courses you only managed to pass 2 with a weak E,(North-east security 101 and Fighing corruption 111) while you flunked the rest with 18 carry-overs.

..In all honesty wont you simply advice such student to simply withdraw from the institution not just the departmen??...

President Buhari means well for Nigeria and Nigerians, that is visible to the blind and audible to the deaf. The problem is the people surrounding him - the Jagabans, his highly incompetent cabinet, the vindictive opposition. If life has taught me anything, it is that an army of sheep led by a lion can always defeat an army of lions led by a sheep.
He does not mean well . Why then he made Nigeria more divisive? He took all the positions gave to his own people. That too is corruption n will not be condoned in this age . We re not in military era

QUOTES OF THE DAY

"The whole thing started like a coup speech; He poured invectives on the past administration, moved on to nothing, tottered to other things, lost interest mid-way in the speech and hankered abruptly to a stop.

One of the most uninspiring Presidential speeches I have heard. PMB sounded like Yar'adua in the throes of death".
Re: Buhari's 2016 Democracy Day Speech (Full Text, Video) by Nobody: 5:05pm On May 29, 2016
"One of the best of luck that the APC has today is a decapitated opposition. Were the PDP an organised party without the moral baggage they carry, this presidential broadcast would have been sufficient material for the next 3 years to guide President Muhammadu Buhari back to needed retirement and rest.

The broadcast had no substance (other than what we have been inundated with for eons), no perspectives for a brighter future, no clear cut direction for getting us out of the present economic drama and the worst of all no indication of physical capacity.

It looked like Nigeria was Rwanda and the president's voice unmistakably betrayed the physiological and psychological vulnerabilities of his old age. His voice shows that it would be a crime for anyone to push a second term agenda to this man.

This president needs rest". - anonymous

Thank God I am graduate of a Nigerian university and I'm yet to see one where a student is withdrawn immediately after d first year no matter how many courses he/she may have failed. There is always a probation time (usually after another year) b4 dat decisive action is taken. U r a typical African. When I made my statement it was open ended. Why quote me and call me stupid in d process? Instant gratification is d bane of our progress and devt. If u knw anythn about hw countries develop, u will knw dat d way we hav been going, there is no way in a lifetime we are ever gonna reach a far reaching devt goal. Broaden your knowledge about issues and don't only listen to people's analysis but do yours based on all round information. Learn NOT to insult people b4 making a point. Takes every sense outta what u wanna say no matter hw reasonable your submission is in d end.
