@Mickael2 You saying he wasn't needed is very hilarious coz he didn't score in the final. if he hadn't scored 16 against those teams Real wouldn't have gotten to the semi finals. No one on earth apart from haters would utter such he only scores against small team phrase. He has scored Chelsea, Bayern, Atletico, Roma, Juventus and the likes so what's there to be proven? P.S the 5th pk is always the most important. SANCHEZ took the last pk for Chile against Argentina just to buttress @Marcelini 's point. Someone listed about 5 games Madrid dropped points off and said it was when he was needed. If Messi hadn't been a shadow of himself in the return leg of their Champions League game vs Atletico they would have progressed to the Semi finals plus Suarez only had one shot on target too were they not needed? Had Pique or Rakitic scored to get Barce through won't Messi and Suarez still be favourites? If you're considering league goals and local cup competitions, Zlatan should be up here in this, Higuian should be . I want Ronaldo to win as a fan. |

foladj:Remember Barcelona had the upper hand going into the second leg, any mess your team is, is for your team. Why should we put Cr7 in that position? |

Twisting:I swear I do not understand what you just uttered, but let me try to make small sense out of it. Did you watch the Wolfsburg Vs Madrid first leg? Ronaldo missed a glorious chance and if he had scored it would have been 1-0, now remove Ronaldo from that game, maybe Benzema would have been the one who got the chance, he would have scored,Madrid would have probably won the first leg and coasted through but he didn't score. Ok apart from wolfsburg, remove the 2 goals he scored against Roma, Madrid still won, remove the 6 goals against Malmo, madrid still won and so on,so his 16 goals werent as instrumental as you all want to believe. We are talking about this year I hope you know? And he didnt score against the big teams this year, sorry but thats true,if you think otherwise then sorry, but you are deluded. So Sanchez is Chile's best player or best penalty taker? Giroud takes penalties for Arsenal, even Ozil takes penalties before Sanchez, I am a barca fan, I know how many he missed but he scored that one,Vidal started the shootout because he is their best penalty taker so you just buttressed my point not his actually .And scroll up, I have already replied you as to why Messi and Suarez were consistently better. In the Copa final did they score? No. But would Alba had scored without Messi? No, would Neymar score without Messi? No. But did Ramos score without Ronaldo's help? Yes! Did Bale finish off Man city without Ronaldo? Ofcourse he did. And Zlatan and Higuain wont be considered because of something called Uefa coefficients, in simpler terms it means their league is inferior, cheers. |

Since you brought the deluded word, I think you're more deluded than I am. How can you say a goal should be removed? If Suarez's 4 goals against Gijon were to be removed the game still ends 2-0 in favour of Barcelona. If his 4 goals and 3 assists were taken off the game against Deportivo the game still ends 1-0. And no one is bringing childish rants that they should be removed he wasn't needed. no matter how you want to deny it the 5 th penalty is always the biggest and it is the always allocated to the teams biggest player. Only a handful of coaches allow their biggest player take the first penalty kick. If Sanchez ain't Chile biggest star who is? Vidal? Valdivia? Eduardo Vargas? |

Twisting:Sanchez plays for Arsenal, Vidal plays for Bayern Munich, does that answer your question? For every penalty shootout you name, the first spot kick taker has always been the best player. But seeing that you don't really have a point that you are basing your arguments on, I will pass to the next person |

Hilarious. Vidal is a bigger star compared to Sanchez. Lol Please don't quote me again. |
| Re: With Real Madrid Being Champions Of Europe, Who Deserves Balon D' Or? by Marcelini(m): 3:14pm On May 31, 2016 |
Mickael2:Suarez wasn't the only one who emerged top goal scorer in his league. Ibrahimovic and Higuain did. But Champions league supersedes all domestic European title. Ronaldo isn't just the all time leading goal scorer in champions league history, he is the leading goal scorer in the just concluded edition of UCL and the two previous one, if that point is slow to you, then it's maybe because you are not understanding it. Yes his first season Madrid failed in the round of 16, but ever since then, stars have come and left Madrid( ie Ozil, Khedira, Di Maria, Alonso, Casillas, Kaka) the only thing that remained constant in Madrid was Ronaldo. He has scored 50 goals plus for each of those 7 seasons now. So it's quite ridiculous to pin Ronaldo and Madrid resurrection to Modric or Di Maria, as with or without those two, Ronaldo and Madrid will continue soaring on. |

Marcelini:thats why there is something called Uefa coefficient ranking. All leagues are not thesame and even if you include those ones, Suarez still tops the goals and Messi the assists, so I don't know where you got the impression that the UCL is the ultimate. Your second point seems funny thing I believe I have addressed it already. And that's the only reason why they are winning. Modric has been constant mind you. Same as Marcelo but that's not the basic thing. You said stars have come and gone, why? Because they lost form. And that's why Madrid still wins at all, they continously buy the best players in the world and replace the best players in the world with the newest best things in football, so why won't they get to the champions league semi each year?! |

Let's all say the truth!!!Ronaldo won the world best player the moment Real Madrid won the champions league weather he scores or not!!!You can't go out at d quarter final stage of champions league and expect to win the world best player...Even those arguing know the truth |

guys no need for all this troubles, deep in our mind we all know Rinaldo has an upper hand to win the world best. the fact is simple, UCL is bigger than other tournaments, after world cup. ronaldo performed far better than other players in ucl and came second best in his league in terms of goal. please don't mention 2010, it is clear messi performed far better than sneijder. if you don't agree, then time will tell. |
