Hello fellow Nairalanders please I'm currently a jambite seeking admission to a university. All my documents I'm using for admission processing contains the current name I'm using and I want to change my name

will I go Neco office to change the name on certificates

go to NPC office
Go to LGA office

Please help me with your suggestions and ways to do that officially.
