I bought the CCcam here in Kaduna for 1500, I saw it loaded and message came that it will expire on 27th november, but to my surprise when I came home no channel was opening, what am I doing wrong? Am using an alphabox and please what are the channels it opens so that. I can them

Which decoder was the account loaded to? Since he activated it in your presence and you confirmed some channels working, you might wanna check the Internet settings on your decoder.
Do you receive network connection success when you power your box?
Are you using GPRS or 3G?

please really need help my avartacam account expired and I upgrade it but I can't find my account number and expiry date from the settings and when I try to scan channels it says "DATABASE FULL"

hello davodyguy, pls help me ooo, I got back from school a week ago and noticed my dstv gives a continuous searching signal which means a 0% signal. I have tried everything I could but couldn't get it to work, I checked the cords (wire) no any cut or damages, I checked the dish its very very stive which I doubted it shifted. could it be my lnb is faulty pls how do I check if it is?

And how can I access the menu where I can check my account number and expiry date for Qsat after doing an upgrade.
