Today I decided to load #500 to buy 750mb. Which I did,so I checked my balance and it was #500 to be sure the card I loaded has entered my account.well it was #500 . So I dialled *131# den went for weekly data plan followed by 750mb for #500 I selected it and the pop up message I got was I don't have sufficient airtime I checked my balance and behold I saw #200, I was surprised I checked my data balance and it was 0mb am just confused right now and I need my refund

This not the first time I have loaded #500 I do load more than that. And of that mtn music plus its canceled.

A situation like this is so painful.



Just call their Customer Care and complain to them.
