Hello nairalanders, I'm a final year student of physics and my research project involves complex mathematical equations, please am tired of writing then with ms word, moreover, ms word is not capable of writing a vast majority of those equations.
Please, is there any software that can help with this?

MS word is capable of any complex formula you want to write. You just have to look for where what you need is located. I wrote my entire project with MS Word.

Thanks for the reply, I have tried a lot of equations on ms word and doesn't work probably because my project is mathematical modelling, pls can you tell me more on latex

U can write it in latex...it would save ur time.

Yea it's easy to use...tho some few codes are involved but I can testify u will enjoy the output of your work..it's bring out your work in pdf format

I did my project on Differential Transforms Method under computational mathematics. What kind of equations are you dealing with?

They all have said it,you guys are damn lucky,we went to school at a time when computers are not so so common.my project was on ms word too,where I see latex,?for where,it wasn't there then. So count your self lucky.In fact,even when the ms word dey sef,na how many people sabi use. Am?,learning computer then was about 30k to 50k!.every formula things na with biro we do am!!hahaha!
