Who now told you camp is after Ramadan?
There's no date for camp yet, Ramadan or no Ramadan. It doesn't affect anything. There may not be camp sef, because bahari is a failure . Given up already.

We registered about 6month ago nd our various institutions sent our names way b4 then. Was 6month not enough to get extra cash for 5500?the change of date isn't even d issue bt d lie of an excuse given like we r some sort of gullible illitrates

The issue we are having is that the FG always budgets for 220 thousand graduates per batch. Now this year, there are 275 thousand graduates for batch a. No funds for the extra 55000 graduates. Now, they re trying to get the FG to approve more funds. She also has pleaded with the DG to issue a statement to PCMs which is very important. So they will definitely call us up bt only wen the extra funds is approved.

For those who don't have the audio conversation of a pcm with the Minister of Finance -Mrs Kemi Adeosun, here's the lowdown. Here's what she wants you to know: 1. D major issue at hand is insufficient funds. 2. NYSC normally gets an annual allocation for 220,000 corpers and that was what was included in d budget. But somehow, this year pcms/ corpers are 275,000 in total i.e in excess. 3. NYSC mgt needed to write the presidency for approval of extra/additional funds to cater for the excess, which it already did. 4. Hopefully next week announcement would be made concerning the funds and when awaiting pcms would be called up. 5. She however blamed the mgt (NYSC) for keeping mute instead of explaining the situation of things to the public esp. awaiting pcms. 6. She already instructed the DG to address pcms on the issue at hand. 7. Pls put this on social media (in her voice). For those who don't have her no,here it is- Kemi Adeosun( Finance) - 08077427705. Pls call responsibly cos she complained about receiving so many calls from pcms (about 500/hr). #copied

2016 BATCH 'A' (STREAM II) ORIENTATION COURSE COMMENCES SOON
The NYSC Management wishes to inform prospective Corps members that, based on the assurance received from the Federal Government regarding release of funds, the 2016 Batch 'A' (Stream II) Orientation course will commence soon.
Prospective Corps members are, therefore, requested to watch out for specific date for commencement of the exercise, which will be announced as soon as all necessary logistics are put in place.
Management empathizes with the affected prospective Corps members, and appeals for continued patience even as all efforts on the matter are fast yielding results.

Patiently, I've watched this whole madness unfold. No defined date has been set for the commencement of camp. The ones announced earlier did not even work so this soon they keep saying is just useless.

I can't threaten NYSC, I don't have that kinda long legs, I'm not a witch (I should have just agreed to be initiated in primary school) and no, my daddy, sister, in-law, husband, friend does not work with NYSC to assure me about serving in 2016.

I've spent more than 15k out of the supposed pocket money for camp...

I've started wearing the white shorts sef...

Abi na ... .. Its now they knew the actual figures per batch , what about the period whereby graduates that registered isn't up to 220 thousand graduates as she claimed .. The remaining funds will be sent Back to FG , BA ?

what did you mean by call her responsibly. They are all irresponsible folks and should be treated as one. My people lets increase the intensity of our calling and massaging. Lets make it 2000 times/per hour and let her receive message every passing seconds. Lets them feel our pain too.
