HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN YOU
ARE ALONE


Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint has only about 10 seconds left before losing
consciousness.
However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.

A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!! A cardiologist says if everyone who sees this post shares it to 10 people, you can bet that we'll save
at least one life.

I think this is informative but doesnt work in all instances,my father knows about this method one day he came back from work and went to sleep in his room far from my mums room,so my mum said she heard my dad coughing 3 to 5 times in the midnight but in the morning he had already loss consciousness he later died 7pm in the night and when the autopsy was carried out he died of heart attack,,,,rip to him

The problem with Heart attack is that you wouldn't know that is what you are experiencing. Nothing is going to tell you that you are having a heart attack, you are just going to feel pain, helpless and immediately going into survival mode, trying to breathe while you die slowly.

This was what our forefathers used and still works...Cayenne pepper. Helps to open up the blood vessels to improve circulation to the heart.

Sounds cool but I dont think it can be as effective as
For Females...... Just remember you've not finished watching ur telemundo or that mama Nkechi is possibly going to take over from where you stopped with your husband.

Most importantly, for those prone (high BP, High Cholesterol, CV issues run within your family) to heart attacks ALWAYS carry aspirin! When you think you are having one, take two immediately. Aspirin thins the blood and can be vital to saving your life at that moment.

Actually if you are a high risk person, you should be taking approx 80 grams daily as prevention.
