Hello everyone , I have an elder brother in the USA who is a citizen, we also bear same surnames and he has been there for over 30 years and now I would love to go there permanently. Please for knowledge sake, I want to know how or what he can do for me to go there permanently as family. Ur contributions will be appreciated. |

As a US citizen you'd brother can file for you to get a green card, but as can be seen on the attached link it will take a long time, 10 years plus. You fall under the F4 category and they are working on applications submitted 2003 so I wouldn't put my mind on that happening anytime soon.
