ooh God,I held my NYSC camping in Dekingari in Kebbi state. mehn dat rice is of low quality. dat wat we eat through out d camp.say No to Labana Rice.

Na Thailand rice contain high quality. Don't you know that camp food is not the kind of food you cook in your house. Wetin your own state they produce.

If each state concentrate on an agricultural products that can be best grown in their area, Nigeria will be best for it , also states like Lagos can invest majorly in processing of this products the oil will be second to agricultural.
Good initiative to the kebbi state government, if a bag of foreign rice is 20k and the one produce in Nigeria is 11_13k while will I continue to waste the excess cash.

when foreign rice was sold for 9k before. U are still losing like 4k.

Price of Rice in Nigeria has never been #20k per bag, people exaggerate everything in the name hatreds for APC govt. Currently bag stand in btw 12k -14k depending on your location

spot on! I have always said it that those who opposed resource control and true federalism are the real enemies of Nigeria ,because this present arrangement where state Governors just wait for federal allocation will never bring out the best in each state, competition breeds creativity. If other states can begin to partner with one another on comparative advantage basis ,I see us pulling out of this recession faster and stronger than we all expect.
Somehow, I'm happy about this windfall in oil price because everyone is thinking of how best they can do away with oil. ..God bless Nigeria!

I don't talk because I have to, I do because I have a point to present.

Don't tell me you want to learn to crawl (not even crawling proper) all your life; for a country that exports millions of barrels of crude oil per annum for over 56 yrs post independence, has a vast deposit of limestone, clay, coal water resources with a handsome aquatic life, arable farm land, tin, Gold, cocoa, palm oil, iron ore, niobium, name them. It is quite a shame that you want to learn to crawl with them through life.

u er a lier.. my wife bought one bag labana rice this month, she said it is the best rice she have cooked that it is better than the forign rice... from imo state.

They call us 5% yet they take from us to fund there 95%, they think we are dumb...Borno state receives more allocation than Abia state which is a member of nddc and you tell me the country is ran fairly....EbonyI produces a better rice than kebbi yet they chose to fund kebbi just like they collected licence from ibeto because they know Dangote can't compete Head-on with ibeto....now the masses have risen and is saying enough is enough...conduct a referendum cos we are tired of this contraption.

Its not the responsibility of Lagos to feed the whole Nigerians bro. Its a nice move. Lagos get the money Kebbi get the stock and rice don't grow in Lagos.
