Take it to tecno customer care center, if it's still under warranty ,you don't have to pay. My Gionee M5 had that issue and I took it to customer care center, it was fixed free.

You know what to do, fling away the phone through the windows.

buy this blackberry playbook charger...

The charger you are using is most likely the problem. Like someone suggested abt, get a charger with 2.0A output and try not to be pressing the phone while its charging.
