I used to tell people that Airtel is my best network but now its no more.their customer care is had to get, i sent them watsapp messsenge but i am yet to get a reply n this is the fourth day. their timebased data plans are now replaced with very expensive rates(#300-30m, #500-60m) their night plan is no more working. i am complaing because this is the network i have always used to browse. the management must please do something |

That is what happens when you lie to a country like Nigeria .... They will dump you at the first alternative.. Mtn progressed because they have the same DNA with Nigeria system... You know now  2 Likes |

Now the curse of nigerians are working on them, when they have senseless tariffs and even deduct their MB like 2mb/kb of a page opened. Soon would be MTN turn. They can go down for all I care. They should just make sure they locate another source of crude oil for us while going down. 1 Like |

Honestly, I regret the bb subscription I did on this airtel network. They've taken my 1k and refused to give me data, its been over 24 hours now and they keep telling me they're working on it ( as if its rocket science). No wonder mtn has more subscribers 2 Likes 1 Share |

I have been with this people since they were Econet and I kinda enjoyed the relationship throughout the term of Vodacom, Celtel and the rest buy everything changed when this stingy Indians (Airtel) took over. Their own worse pass Ijebu people (No offense) |

Airtel clearly does double billing for data. My data manager says I have used 2.1Gb. Airtel says I have used 3.9Gb. Almost pelrfectly double. Something wrong somewhere. NYC, these are things you should be looking into o! |

Must everything in naija turn sour?. Don't know why first-motive of companies flooding into the country isn't to better the lives of the citizens, but to scam them in any ways possible. Could it be the restrictions and kickbacks and other forms of maltreatments they endure coming into the country they keep tryna get its reprisal on the innocuos citizens? |

I personally use Airtel and I can honestly tell you that I have no other line. The time based and night bundles must have been adjusted for reasons best known to Airtel. But I don't use that bundle option. I prefer to use the ones I can be sure of (if you say you have issues with the time and night bundles). Dial *141# and follow the options provided to select your preferred bundle option. Better still, you can contact them @Airtel_care for clarity. Thank me later  1 Like |

I was almost to open a thread to complain of the sluggishness i experience in their data service. I use to pride of the speed i experience using the network, but reverse is now the case. |
