I wanted to apply for AdSense, I followed the steps to this stage, the continue button went dim, I tried many time the same thing keep happing. please what do.

Pls help me, I tried applying for adsense on this blog www.naijanewsland.com. I will follow the steps each time i get to select content language, i will select english and click continue, the continue button will go dim and stay that way for hours, i tried it many times the same thing.
