I have just been approved for a payoneer account and my card has already been shipped so I am expecting it.
Not I have a relative who wants to know if his girlfriend in America can pay money into my US account given to me and I use my card to withdraw it here? Also if this is possible, what is the exchange rate or charges like when withdrawing from a Nigerian ATM, will it be cheaper than using the normal western union or is it more expensive?

Please I need advice from the experts in the house as this because am new in it.

Payoneer works perfectly here in Nigeria. Personally i have used it with Zenith and GTB countless times but the exchange rate is not encouraging. The highest exchange rate i received was 194 from Zenith. However, there are people who cab buy the payoneer funds from you and pay in naira presently for as high as 280/$. You transfer to them and dey pay you the naira equivalent

Ok thanks for the info. Please what about in regards to the payment from the US, can a person pay into the US account direct so you can withdraw from ATM or sell those other people like you mentioned?

After you activate the US Payment Service, you can use it to request for payment.

Using the ATM right now would not give you a good return so I recommend you sell the funds to others here so that you can get black market rate of about N250-N270/USD.

Yes I have got that part, I just want to confirm if an individual without a payoneer account can make a physical payment in the USA into that account and not just for receiving online payment from the likes of Amazon. Just want to be clear on that please.

I doubt payment can be made directly into your account, you've to request for payment then the person can pay via Credit card and the funds will appear on Payoneer balance.

Have got a payoneer account with its atm for sale in ibadan........very cheap
