scenario 1: nobody dies
religious people: Thank God nobody died

scenario 2 : half of the number of people died
Religious people: thank God for sparing the lives of those that survived

isn't it funny that most of these religious people when they have a serious sickness do the following in these order

1. Self medicate (early stage of sickness)

2. Go see a doctor (when self medication doesn't work)

3: pray while being admitted and hoping the doctors find out what's happening

4: Doctor calls them and says they can't seem to diagnose the problem

5: they invite their pastors to pray away the sickness

6: The family takes them to the "Village"; village actually means "herbalist"
