It might, but for how long? anti inflammatory such as diclofenac comes with its own side effects especially in the long run.. Self prescription of what is suppose to be prescription only meds is not advisable.

OP visit a doctor to establish what the root cause is, it could be a simple case of improving your posture, and the stance you adopt when bending down, you never know.. ditto, your urinary frequency.. God bless
