What's the fuss about this feast fast. If I skip just a meal everyday must I tell the whole world about it? Eat before 5am skip lunch and eat triple my afternoon ration by 6:30 of same day. That's feasting.

Remember you also will not drink water or anything
You cannot even smoke
And more than anything else,
The idea of Ramadan is to use the month to cultivate self-discipline that you'll keep practicing the rest of the year. In that sense, think of Ramadan as a spiritual detox instead of feasting as you think.

Is good to eat nice food because that is the only thing you benefit while you are still alive. Work nice and eat good food that the advise from king Solomon that have seen it all.

That is what i do work, make extra income on Naijabet and other,than eat good food
