What nonsense. My mum is from delta state, when she passed we buried her in our private residence, 6 hours from delta state despite the noise generated by the trouble makers called urhobo people. Do they think they are going to find it easy in that place, they may not be able to bury the body today self because the taxing might reck Jide kosoko . Jide should have simply paid them off from Lagos, than carry the body to abraka where he would have to pay through his noise. Anyway in his case , they said they were never traditionally married. Those saying the kids would come to her grave side don't know what they are saying. Your mother stays in your heart, in her pictures , not in some stupid grave.

If Jide Kosoko didn't pay her dowry till death, then it's embarrassing.

Tradition demands that a man must pay dawry before a woman becomes your wife, failing to do so what ever happens the woman is not your wife including the kids its applicable in igbo land and this is a very bia lesson for jide kosoko.

No dowry was paid on her head, this is where i like IPOB republic people from ugandan. You must pay dowry on thier women but my yoloba people too like Lagos marriage i.e free women n the women too are not helping matters spreading thier legs to every tom, dick n harry that comes thier way. That's Deltans for you. If its a man from Delta that married a woman from another state, once she dies, she will be buried in her state and not her husband's state(Delta). Same thing applies to females from Delta state married to a man from another state. She will be brought back to her hometown in Delta state. (urhobos especially) Hope I got the spelling right tho'.
