The Igala territory in Anambra state belongs to Igala and was never Igbo hence that territory is right next to Igala territory in kogi. That land was just carved into Anambra along side the Igbo lands when the Nigerian government was creating state.
And Igala are found in Enugu, not delta state. There's no Igala owned territory in Delta state.

While I'm at it, the Igala community in Anambra and Enugu are Igbo fluent....we can't say the same for Igbos living near them.. that speaks volume.

I'm from Delta. There is no Igala owned territory in Delta state. The Igala in modern day Delta are migrants to the state. The lands igala reside in in delta state were giving to them by the community near it.
