Hello Everyone in the house. I'm a Dj and also a music promoter here in Nigeria. I met a guy from USA recently on linkedin.com and we agreed to work with each other.

He want me to be his agent here in Nigeria (to help him promote his brand, show bookings, sponsorship etc ). At the end of the agreement he want me to provide a paperwork which I don't seems to understand. Please Everyone in the house What type of paperwork will I send to him? Please help!

Hi Dj, obviously,all the stuff you two discussed have to be written on paper. I think you should get a written agreement letter by your entertainment lawyer which your soon-to-be artiste or brand has to read and co-sign. An entertainment lawyer has to spell out in clear terms what's in for the two of you and sharing quotas and stuff.
