femi4:You're right and i do not dispute d facts you put up... I'm not really arguing with you, just saying I'd go with forgiveness over divorce anytime anyday.. Rom 6:1, Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? The answer is hell 'NO'.. Yet the moment a man repents of his sins and ask forgiveness from the father, he'll forgive, 2 Chr 7:14... Ps 51:5 , In sin we were conceived. We live in a sinful world yet God's mercies never ceases so y then can't we forgive. This is my argument, Divorce should only be the last resort in any case but that's not what we get these dayz, it has become a handshake. You get my drift? Couple's should do more to resolve whatever differences brewing between them firstly, y get married if you wouldn't be willing to give it ur best shot to make it work? The easiest of excuses they put out now is that they filing for divorce due to irreconcilable differences, Lolz... And who says their differences cannot be resolved? They dn't even try to make it work. A little mistake and you're suing for divorce, really? Then you must be perfect afterall. Again, not saying there's no grounds for divorce as it was clearly stated in the holy book, but personally i dn't like it even as God hates it. |
