The concluding part of my birthstory...
I started having contractions by 9pm but I was watching a movie so I ignored it..when I timed it, it was 7mins apart. So I got on my feet. When the contractions came, I would hold on to something tight and when it goes, I will breath deep nd out..thanks goldenruby for that advice..the pains were still bearable so I stayed at home till 10pm..by then, they were coming at 5mins apart..i held on tight...
By the time I got to the hospital at 11pm and I got checked, the doctor said I was still 2cm and the baby's head was high up.. I just laffed.. I continued with the breathing techniques..by 11.30pm, the pains became less than 3mins apart..i held on to the hospital bench. Expressing the pains on it..i didn't shout..so I had enough energy. I didn't allow to be checked because it was very uncomfortable and laying on my back will make me feel the pains more.by 12am, the pains became 30seconds aparts..father lord in heaven! It took the grace if God not to shout and scream down the hospital..the truth is shouting doesn't do anything..it only makes you feel the pains more.
I got checked and I was 7cm..oh boy! I jumped down from the bed and I scattered eveywhere as the pains came.i ddnt want to shout. I just had to express the pains somhow.after 10mins,i had the urge to push..the nurses begged me not to push yet.i said story. I jumped down from the bed, git on all fours and started pushing.not came out o!i just hissed and git on the bed again.. after another ten minutes, the urge became unbearable and as I wanted to jump down, two nurses held me totebd,two nurses held my legs and I was checked. The head was already crowing. The urge was so uncontrolled that I started pushing.my angel came out by 12.35am screaming.
What I did differently..
I opened up my mind and I had a strong resolve and birth plan..
I didn't joke with my walking after reading about the benefits
I was never idle..always doing things that would push the head down through the pelvis..they can be uncomfortable but the end result was always on mymind..
I was very very scared of labour..i would do anything you ask me to do just to have a painless labour.. but towards the end, I realised fear was the beginning of pa

At 39weeks, I did a lot of nipped stimulation but it gave me strong contractions..it doesn't work if you are not ready or the baby is notready..i Only used it to get my body ready..
Lastly, the miracles of black seed oil,,once you are sure you are in labour.. real labour not false because if you use it in false labour, it will just help relax your contractions..
When in active labour, take 2 teaspoons of black seed oil, mix I half glass of warm water and honey. Drink it and let your faith do the rest..
For Muslims, take any quantity of zamzam water, recite suratul kurysiyu (11) and drink it..
Please always drop your birth stories. You just might not know who it will help..

thanks dear. I had same issue with my first pregnancy, Na my own package be dat. we are almost there and it will surely end in praise.

IT'S OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY.....Still fresh in our minds is the day we said,"I DO". The awesome wedding and the honeymoon too. Now 2yrs down the track we are still so much in LOVE. But have found getting along,at times, a little rough but our trust in the Lord is what strengthens our faith and what grows us as a couple in God's amazing grace.
