3. I remember back in the day while we were growing up in Benin; there was this transformer enclosure we used to visit just to swap over power phases when our street was denied light in favour of other streets within the vicinity. (Very stupid act...but we did it).

I am pretty sure if anything had happened to us then, we would have been branded "Cable Thieves". Lol.

Stealing cables to do what, pipl should be open minded about tinz. Dis guy could be killed and dumped there and termed a cable thief or he may have gone there to adjust the fuse as it usually drifts off while there is still light.

They do steal those cables o! and most of them do consider themselves sharp and believe that they can not be electrocuted.

People are too quick to jump to conclusion. I doubt that the police will try to investigate the cause of the death. Most people just assume he was executed. Who goes to steal power cables wearing boxers alone?

Of course they are not cable thieves they are just people who attempt to fix blown out fuses on the transformer themselves when the don hear from NEPA for long
