here is a post I read on my Facebook page.I don't share the same view with the writer tho. what kinda reply do u think this writer should get? thus: Author's name :Niyi Akinmolayan, Write up:Heaven is an interesting place. No one has proof of it yet it has caused so much problems on earth. How. Reward systems and class systems. Lemme tell you how I found a scam in the idea of heaven. A pastor told me we will not be the same in heaven. Because as the stars differ in glory, we will also. Infact as kids we were told there are many mansions there and mansions don't even look alike in size. As a rational thinker, I asked the pastor if he knew anything about stars. If he knew that a dim looking star might actually be a supernova thats billions of light years away from a nearby star and if he knew that the brightest star (our sun) is actually a very tiny, lazy star in the universe. Of course he answered with. That's what the bible says. We all can't be the same in heaven. I asked if he knew that class divisions is the number one reason why there's a problem on earth and that could mean heaven will be equally chaotic. He says when we get to heaven we will find out. Even if heaven is our projection of a better place, it's still funny how we project the fact that some people are bigger or better rewarded than others. It looks like heaven is still earth. Just a little fancier. It's why people do all kinds of things to go to heaven. If heaven was a place were everyone was the same, we wouldn't have to kill people to go there, manipulate people to go there. Everyone wants their own version of heaven. Imagine there's no heaven. |

Do you honestly believe that if there is a heaven and a hell, you'd be very happy in heaven knowing fully well billions are burning in a literal fire just next door, probably with a loved one among them. Will you genuinely enjoy such a place? will you genuinely be happy ? I for one cannot be, i cannot even watch someone burn in real-life talk more of finding eternal bliss while billions burn... That itself will be hell for me. Have you ever wondered the outright absurdity proposed in such greedy clamor for another life. Eternal life, forever, an infinite life. What can you do with such endless life, paradox of infinity shows in an infinite existence it only will be a repetitive process. So if there is such a thing as an unending life waiting for you after here, it almost certainly is one of constant repetition. is that the type of life people greedily chase? sounds like the bleakest, most boring idea of existence i know. . .Heaven is for uncaring, egoistic, greedy hypocrites |

I think, that heaven was created by people who couldn't accept the finality of death. By greedy men who weren't contented with what they already had on earth, and so fantasized about somewhere better; a place where all their dreams and fantasies would be made real. That's why the scriptural description of heaven, both in the bible and koran, is but a direct reflection of the fantasies and hopeful imaginations of men. You see, man cannot endure his own littlelessness, so he translates it into meaningfulness on the largest possible level. It's quite funny how christianity preaches against greed and discontent. About how christians should be contented with what they have, but yet, it's doctrines are founded upon greed of the highest form. Expecting an infinite blissful existence after living on earth is the highest level of greed and discontent there is and can ever be. Mankind's believe in the existence of heaven relegates their existence on earth to a position of uselessness and meaninglessness. Because if one believes that there is a life better than the one he is living, then he begins to undervalue the life he lives, and he his ready to sacrifice it or anything, for the one he expects. |

johnydon22:I pondered on your post for hours. No human being with a modicum of conscience will live happily in heaven while billions burn in hell. |
