Please i would like to start a food business,so i need advice on location and buka ,and also would need staffs,starting from cooks, manager must have a valid drivers licence,security guy, I also need someone,who would be supplying cooking equipment and Utensils.

That's nice. I thought you live in the UK?. Well, this is great move sister. I really wanted to go into this myself but i am not in position right now. I think it should be standard restaurant rather than "buka" as you called it. Really can't think of any location but I will advice you buy your own plot in a nice area and build moderately on it with good setup rather than paying rent.
