When I was looking for a car, I scrolling ads on Jiji and there is a lot of ads for the sale of Toyota Camry. Look there, maybe you will find what you need.

Such cars can be there in good condition.

You can get toyota carina or camry 1996 but definitely not camry 1999. To get C 1999 you will need a budget of 550 -700.
