For a plot of land, I just need an insight to the minimum amount it will cost to construct a 4flat upstairs/downstairs 3bedroom in each flat please. I appreciate that things have been inflated recently and standards are different but I just need a minimum estimate expected for a building that's at least up to par I.e up to average acceptable standard.

where's the land located, 4 units of 3bedroom is such a big structure and i hope your land is big enough (upward of 1000sqm...) to enable you have your required structure

There are people who's jobs are to give you exactly what you are asking for. ....they are called quantity survayors.. Get one for yourself please.

With 18m you will get all this that will be listed below unless you want more



Step tile roofing sheet
Casement window
Pop ceiling
Trukey door and china door
Sweet home w/c in all toilets
Vetrified tile for rroms and glaze for parlor and dining

Location plays a big role in the cost estimate.

It is located on governor road, college bus stop. Just after ikotun egbe if you are travelling from ikotun to Iyana ipaja.

@adewaleID please I will appreciate it if you can share your experience so far with me since you are on a similar project.
