For the spitting, hmmm... Mine started since week 7 oh and it still come out till I type now but not too much again. What I did was putting cracker biscuit in my mouth even when sleeping in the office. And I always carry my plastic malt bottle 24/7 so no one know what am putting there. Also, tomtom but I am throwing it up now.
I think our body reject things when they are too used to it.

I dont know about the cough mixture but the other ones are okay. The augumentine will treat the infection from your blood and stop the cough. The pregnacare is necessary and the calcium was given to you cus pregnacare plus doesnt have calcium.
You can try my style, use eba and soup to take them. Roll them one by one inside eba and soup and swallow. Make sure the eba and soup is not hot sha.
Another option is to use tea or milk to swallow them. That way you wont feel the taste. Pele. Just try and take them and make sure you finish it to the very last dose so it'll be properly treated.

@jazzyjazz, garri has no side effect. But when you take it too much, there's a possibility it will increase the weight of your baby since its grouped among carbs. So you can take, but watch how often you take it if ure scared of big baby.

I took ginger tea when i was battling with morning sickness but it didnt work for me. Some pple use it to reduce their morning sickness but it doesnt work for everyone. I dont think there's any harm in it. Hope ure the one brewing the ginger tea yourself with the ginger and not already processed tea?

@mitchyy,@iomoge2, spitting may come in the night but joy cometh in the morning... . We shall rejoice at last.

For the ginger tea, I do not brew o, I buy the satchet one, the aroma gives me life. Ohhh my Ohhh.... Wish I got it during MS but where I am na another planet entirely. God dey sha. Remain one satchet though and I will so deal with it tomorrow morning at work.

The general nutritional recommendation is to consume coffee in moderation during pregnancy and that’s equivalent to about one or two cups of coffee per day. To play safe, its better to take decaffeinated coffee. Personally, i wont even bother taking it sef, just to play safe. Are you craving it that bad?

Hahahhaha. Nor be our fault. Some pple's EDD is early July. Mine is July 16th. So i'm already 36weeks and counting. Maybe your own EDD is end of July. Just pray make britneystacy nor snatch you. Hehehehe

Go for th decaffeinated coffee instead,its really not good whil pregnant.but if this is ur first time in preggy go ahead. I took coffee in my early preggy and doctor says too much of it is what he won't endorse.good luck
NB: you can also ask doc too

I think say na only me dey this spitting with mucous ministry o o. Infact mine started like 8wks too and i still do it every now and then! I carry my pack of serviette every where. Dh don gba kamu, i threaten to kiss him wt d spit in my mouth lol. He wud run and kip begging.
BTW Happy Fathers Day 2 my darling husband, the olowo of my head! A true definition of a DAD. Any time i watch him bathe our dd, change her diaper,feed her do our laundry and even sometimes cook for us, I am grateful i made d best decision 2 be wt him 4 life. God looked down on me wt mercy and gave me d one dat complements all my weaknesses. May this special day fill ur heart with every good things only God can give.. I luv u my heartbeat!

have once been posted there for clinicals and I don't like how they handle things.
plus no standard facility for baby in case of emergency after delivery,,d nicu is terrible compare to UITH own

@cassieluv, I would advice you go for long walks..it will help your baby's head move down the pelvis faster..you can fall into early labour and not know sef..
You can do 30mins of brisk walking or 45mins to 1hour of long walks..
You can also take zobo if you are 38weeks..it will help tone the uterus..prepare the zobo with lots of unripe pineapple and ginger.. (o make sense baje)
I used 1 derica of zobo leaves, 300 naira worth of unripe pineapple and 100naira worth of ginger. And it produced six 75cl bottles of zobo..
You can use more water or less..
Above all, ur baby will come out when she is ready.

Have you tried eating unripe pineapples, dates(locally called dabino), climbing stairs, playing ball in the compound?
