Site design is poor and user friendliness is non-existent. A wordpress theme could have solved all your problems in less time.

Ok. I get your point as regards the site design. However, I don't understand what you mean by user friendliness; do you mean User Experience (UX)?
Regarding the site design, I did it based on website owners' specification. Essentially, they want less pictures/graphics and enough white space to minimize load time.
I'll be glad if you further explain what you mean by user friendliness. Thankx a lot
