So I just bought this fish today,and I don't even know what it's called. One fish dealer just brought it with some other ones and said it was caught in the sea and he doesn't know what it's called too,lol.

perforetti:okay,do it the normal way.Make sure the pepper has bn properly boiled with all the seasonings before arranging the fish into the pepper. Don't turn with your spoon , stir using the handle only. |
