Lagos state is under Nigeria and every citizen be it Igbo or Hausa have the right to be the governor... UNTIL Biafra becomes reality...

I disagree with you sir/ma! Obasanjo introduced the "do or die" dictum and ordered the massacre of the Odi and Zaki Biam people and Jonathan the peaceful leader was so peaceful that terrorists in the North actually carved out a territory within his territory. You say Buhari is not re-conciliatory but so he allowed the UNEP backed clean up commence. You say Buhari is divisive but he has a Pastor as a vice president. You say Buhari started the post election crisis of 2011 with a single statement but you advertently avoided the widespread rigging that marked the elections and spurred the easily manipulated irate and uneducated northern youths to go on rampage. You avoided the internal PDP crisis between Jonathan and the Northern leaders who insisted that Jonathan respected the PDP constitution and step down for a northerner. You avoided the defiance of Jonathan to the northern elite in the PDP and how this defiance was connected to the lives lost in the 2011 election...rather you pick and choose isolated facts and present them as the sole factors that led to the crisis.

Buhari is pursuing the corrupt politicians he can pursue , he is trying to restore our image in the international comity of nations and he is trying to wade through the quagmire the country is plunged into thanks to the useless oil dependent economy we have been running since 1959 and you say he is driving these agitations. The economic conditions of the Igbos and the Niger Deltans were not better under Obasanjo, Yar Adua and not even Jonathan and they did not beat their war drums to this extent but when Buhari came in with the drive to restore some sanity they woke up and realized needed to blow stuff up!

Now you see these agitations as a response to Buhari's personality but you do not see it as a response to his anti-corruption drive...
Well thats my opinion and I am entitled to it just as you are entitled to your own. However as per the boko haram, while it raged during Jonathan regime, what was Buhari's contribution to ending it? He said a fight against boko haram is a fight against the north. He opposed that govt to the point that the insurgents nominated him as a spokesperson. What does that indicate to you? A man took over power and in his inaugural speech, he spoke about ending a contentious programme like amnesty without due consultations and you are surprised their is reprisal from the militants groups. You referred to Odi and Obasanjo and spoke about it as if it is what is responsible for current spate of vandalism being witnessed. You talked of corruption fighting back as if any unbiased person will not know it is a one-sided fight being targeted only at opposition group. Are there no corrupt elements in APC? Those corrupt PDP politicians that decamped to APC were never corrupt and are no longer corrupt? Has the source campaign fund in APC ever been revealed to the public? Clean up programme is a govt project and a 30yr programme just taking off that we are yet to see how it ends; you can't use it to assess the Buhari goodwill yet towards the delta. You see I personally never supported Buhari's candidature because I predicted all that is currently happening and has been proved right.
Like I have earlier said your opinion I respect but it changes nothing about how I see Buhari's personality. I wish his govt well but I am sure we will have to deal with all these division's as long as he hold sway.

i love ur approach that is trying to win a war without firing a shot,u think u can pretend to be smart and cow igbos to remain in slavery?ofcourse you wont understand that a threat pumps adrenaline up the heart of an ibo person.
If u are not ready to fight, never threaten an ibo because threats dont work.
Anyway u are a fool for thinking about that its possible to wipe out an entire race, ask Hitler whether he succeeded but Jews are still bouncing just as ibos are bubbling after the civil war.
Civil war 2.0 is loading but things have changed.
Life is a dream, death is the ultimate reality.
Mr. Man if you want t define a fool, you re the personification of a fool. Any problem in this country, the igbos have been major accomplice. It was your people that first resorted in killing military officers of Northern origin that led to the do called pogrom you complaining of. If you can't fight a war, what the stupidity to starting one. The fact that history isn't taught in our schools doesn't mean people won't educate themselves regarding the events of yesterday. Have we forgotten how Zik betrayed Awo to align with Tafawa Balewa's NPC to form coalition government at the federal level? Then the westerners didn't cry foul and threatened seccession. They realised that to gain power you have to align with majority, and the North has the population something the igbos have refused to exploit due to their deep seated hatred for Northerns.

I'm not one to insult a leader but I must admit that with this kind of thinking, we have a foolish president.

You are telling people to remember Biafra in a way that suggests that you are ready to kill another 2 million people to keep the Phantom "one Nigeria ". What kinda leader speaks like this to a large section of the country.

What would be wrong if he says, as a people we need to discuss from time to time to perfect our unity. Whatever makes so so and so section of the country feel aggrieved should be looked into. Whatever makes so and so section of the country terribly poor even when others Progress should be looked into.

For us there another way outside the box unlike your mouthaction tribe.

There is an option outside ur box of one Nigeria.

I disagree with you sir! Destroying the economic lifeline of the country is not the only option left for the common man. As a matter of fact only a fool does that. At a time of crude technology and at a time considered pre-historic, mankind came together to pool their resources towards building a city and setting in its midst a tower that stretches into the heavens, the Bible documents that the feat this group of persons wanted to achieve was so daunting that it got God's attention...How did the Americans, the Britons, the Russians (after the end of the USSR) and recently China all make it to where they are today? They made it there through honest, selfless and collaborative effort...However the average Nigeria would rather enrich himself at the expense of the entire country.

A Niger Delta Governor labelled his own people lazy. He noted that his people instead of working hard at their jobs would rather trade the job to people of other tribes in exchange for a fraction of the salary (source: http://allafrica.com/stories/200812190067.html).

Youths keep saying, no capital, no capital, no capital but they fail to realize that if 40 people committed to starting a business can contribute 2000 naira per month they would have raised 1.44 million naira in 1 year and 6 months to start a business that would in years to come provide an escape route out of poverty...

So sir, I disagree with you! It flies in the face of common sense to destroy national assets to air your grievances - particularly when those grievances include discontinuing the investigation of corrupt persons from a section of the country.
in a united country it's insane for one to destroy the country's source of income but in Nigeria where some people seems to be 5%/and others 97% militancy becomes the last hope of the common Man's voice been heard.
Nigeria is a very unique country that you don't even try using Britain, Russia USA and China as a case study when discussing Nigeria. Why did Buhari chose to be petroleum minister? Who will probe him if there is alleged corruption since he has immunity, Why has the political class chose not to restructure the country since the present system is not working, The answer to this questions is oil, every leader including Buhari is only interested in oil and not the wellbeing of the common man.OBJ and Atiku after 8 years built universities, farms, high schools for themselves, they even own oil wells but what did they do for the host communities of this oil,how many universities did OBJ and co establish in the Creeks? Rather the one established by Gej has been cancelled by Buhari and co citing corruption forgetting that the owners of land has to be paid, their cash crops and their structures in these land the govt has to pay for it,and the govt is even paying for it with revenue from oil sourced from their communities, how has that become a crime?
I was born in burutu,I grew up in the shanties with oil covering the waters,it has been like this for more than 40 yrs and all this while we have been telling this same stories, you don't live in the creeks, you won't understand, Nigeria is not working and won't work unless we do a drastic change in the structure and other aspects will follow. My father used to discuss this issues with my uncles many years back and am still discussing this same issues with my brothers in front of our kids,is that progress?

Do you think capital is the most important factor of production? I don't think so, give these youths an enabling environment and their business will thrive, but all we are getting from this govt is unfavorable policies which discourages business and in most times the govt of Buhari lacks policy direction
Do you know how many youths that has been out of business in the last one year?
Do you know how many that has been drawn back to the low class after struggling to enter the middle class in the last one year?
Do you know how many children that has been out of school in the last one year just because the parents is struggling to afford 3 meals daily talk more of school fees.

The people are sad and the president is not helping matters ,look at how calm the polty was when osibanjo was on acting capacity only for him to come back and every where is on fire

I think we are beginning to see the difference between a prof and an illiterate.

Buhari should read news headlines tommorow, the Avengers and Red scorpions will respond "adequately" to this warning. When a people say "No", you don't have the right to come from daura and force "yes to slavery" down their throats. You can only kill people's relatives for having a different political opinions, but thank God the skin of you and your family are not made of steel, Even after you die of your terminal disease, your relatives will keep paying the loan you have taken. grin grin grin grin
