Not all pregnacare has calcium. Pregnacare Max has calcium but Pregnacare Plus doesn't. So most mamas buy calcium tabs and add to it

Mitchyy mama, you may want to reduce ur intake of fattening foods n carbohydrates plus bevarages (note I said reduce o not eliminate if u cant).
I say this cos just last week, my husband's colleague had a panic attack. This was because his wife was in labour for too long (from like 7pm to 7am the next day). She got very exhausted trying to push out a big baby (their first baby).
The doc suggested they should keep trying but the family said they should do emergency CS sharply abeg cos everybody was becoming scared. Na so dey do CS n baby came out to the glory of God. The husband told my hubby that his wife had been eating too much so my hubby came bk n told me to pls listen n not over eat during my time. I replied, ' I will do it in moderation cos I dont want a small baby or too big baby'. God help us all.

Loisemm, my sister 7pm to 7 am is not long o!
A first timer can go for 20 hours plus before delivery.
Maybe the labour wasn't progressing or complications arose ( small pelvis).

Also preggy mommas, abeg when in labour, don't allow anyone to mispress your tummy in order to push baby out o!
My matron friend was telling me how they lost a baby due to that, it seemed the head was injured by the pubic bones due to the force with which the baby popped out.
The work of contraction is to squeeze baby down gently while giving the baby time to turn, rest etc.
Those babies too do more work than we o, imagine someborri evicting you from your warm cozy place. No wonder they cry once they are out.

SITUATION REPORT ...

I'm getting much better by the hour... All the preggy aches and pains disappeared like magic... No more pelvic pain, breast pain, hip pain, spitting... All gone!!! But my cravings have increased oh...
...

I was able to sit up last night, and I passed gas yesterday evening and some more this morning...
Was given water to drink last night, and I'll be taking pap later in the afternoon...

I stood up this morning for a while, also sat on a chair and tried suckling my boy...

Catheter was also removed, but I'm still on drip and dem don use injection scatter my bumbum and thighs...

So, far, God has done me well and I'm very grateful...

Please, I'll drop my BS as soon as they take me off the drip, its slowing me down, as I can only type with one hand...

Thank you all for the messages and prayers...
I love you guys big...
