The order was before the act. Its an ex parte order, meaning you get the order behind the defendant. This kind of order is allowed so the defendant is not informed so that he doesn't go to make fast withdrawals or transfer from the said accounts.
And YES EFCC has such orders. I haven't seen it because EFCC did not and doesn't have to publish it. If Fayose get mouth, let him go to court. Have you wondered why those talking are non lawyers? Where is Ekiti State Attorney General?
