Heard a similar story from someone in the Govt House and that Zenith Bank actually sponsored Fayose's campaign

I think it will be appropriate to cite an example in order to buttress the fact that the banks can do anything to protect their businesses. We had an experience in 2014 when a friend of mine went to withdraw from a bank's ATM and among the naira notes, there was a fake N1000 note. Unfortunately for my guy, the okada that carried him went to a filling station to change the money. It was at the filling station that they discovered that the N1000 was actually a fake one. But for the okada man who saw him when he went to withdraw the money, my friend could have been mobbed at that station. He begged them to give him back the money so that he could complain to the bank. They obliged after so much begging.

On getting to the bank, the guy who was responsible for loading the ATM was so rude and rudderless to even the disappointment of the branch manager. One could deduce that the guy had enough backing because he was even calling bluff of the branch manager to stop insulting my friend. My friend left the bank in anger. When he told me what happened, I just searched the internet to get the format of their email address. I then went to their websites to get the list of their management staff. I copied from the managing director, all executive directors, regional directors, their complaint officers, cbn complaints desk, consumers proctection council complaint desk. I let them know why my friend could have been killed if not for the intervention of the okada rider.

Believe me sincerely, the kind of calls my friend got on that day was out of this world. The incident happened in a state in the SW, but from Kaduna, Sokoto, Abuja, Enugu, Lagos, Ibadan, Abeokuta, everywhere. Almost every oga was apologizing to my friend. Within two hours, the branch manager was at my friend's place, prostrating for him (seriously without exaggeration) to save his job. By 2pm that day, the executive director in charge of South West was even at my friend's place. You have to see us on that day. We were just forming voltron, arguing that we were taking the matter to court (when we didn't even have enough money to chop by that time). We deliberately allowed the big man to wait for almost 30minutes before we could grant him audience. Don't blame us, we wanted to know whether "something" could come out of it. But na only apology the man bring, chai come see disappointment. Since that day, I don't take any bulls**t from any bank officers, once you misbehave, na to just complain to your boss. Try it and see, dem go dey beg you like say dem put bullet for their head.

So, it is possible that those guys are actually bank staff and there to protect their jobs. They could do anything to protect their "ikoko obe".

If this is the true story, Bumshaka suppose lie down make Ayo step on him well well, forget what people might say, you do not bite the hand that fed you, and Ayo has fed Bumshaka well.

I am disappointed. I thought I was going to see One of the Fayose's boy who doesn't have any link with the bank only to see APC's usual style of propaganda. I think the person that post this story is more dumber and clueless than Buhari. The Button line is whether the person is Fayose's boy or not the fact remains he got the bank’s consent to ask the governor for forgiveness over wrong doing.
