Bought d land since 1993 and we processed the land down to AGIS and the land was registered in AGIS system and the area counsil system... With receipt of payment and original document. The land is not a double allocation its about 2200 square meters. Now the issue is we have d legal search on this land but recently we did a search and could not find the land the system even down to AGIS. We were told someone wants to steal the land that's why it was deleted from the system. Out land is In the middle of 2 lands but the 2 lands are in the system ours is not. Now I don't have anyone to fight for me or let me say us, we can it go to court because if the money for lawyer. Please how do we tackle this stuff. Do we have government bodies that handle this, or do we go to SS pleas I need hep this land now wortjs 10million.

On a more serious note, since you have all the documents I'll suggest you get all you can afford. Even if its a small fence or just one room start building on it. Then the thief will surely show face. Then you can know the way forward. Maybe because it has been idle for long they think you don't need it again.
