Skillfullulu:1) Speed limit is 65mph 2) I was doing 80mph - that he didn't pull me over and give me a ticket as it is was a blessing / $350 minimum for 15mph over the limit 3) He passed me going over 100mph - any speed over 100mph is considered reckless driving which means arrest, impound of vehicle for 30 days @ $35 to $50 per day storage fees and court fees in the thousands.
